The ALL (Aquatic Love and Learning) in the Water collaboration seeks to address the legacy of historical inequities that have prevented marginalized communities in our region from safely enjoying our beloved waterways. The growing community of organizations and individuals on our team seek to strengthen participants’ connection to and appreciation of water.
How do we do this? Now entering our fifth year we’ve facilitated free swim lessons and American Red Cross lifeguard certification, surf instruction, kayak eco-education expeditions, and opportunities for participants to learn about ocean-related career pathways. Do you have an idea, skills, or energy to bring to this growing community? Please consider joining us!
For those who cannot swim, but are interested in participating in camp, there will be at least three 2-week sessions of lessons to prepare non-swimmers for camp in 2025.
Session 1: June 16th - June 27th
Monday-Friday from 10:30-11:30 am.
There will be three additional 2-week sessions in July to prepare campers exact dates TBD.
We also hope to offer an additional session in August to help prepare folks for 2026 camps!
