Ban the Intentional Release of Balloons in Vineland, NJ

The South Jersey Chapter is working to ban the intentional release of balloons in Vineland, NJ. Chapter activists have been working to educate elected leaders there that this is a sound policy. Steve Jasiecki especially is leading the fight.
